French Montana
@FRENCHMONTANA French Montana (Also Know as: Young French, Macaroni With The Cheese, French Montana, Frenchie)
Karim Kharbouch, better known by his stage name French Montana, was born in Rabat, Morocco on November 9, 1984. French emigrated with his mother and little brother in 1996, when he was 13, to the Bronx in New York City. He is a Somali-American rapper, singer and founder of Cocaine City Records. He is also known as Young French, Macaroni With The Cheese, French Montana, and Frenchie.
His artist name is a conflation of French (from the French protectorate of Morocco) and Montana (from the fictitious Tony Montana in the 1983 movie Scarface).
In 2002, French Montana created the Cocaine City DVD imprint as a means of showcasing his talent as an underground artist and a new voice from the New York streets. To gain a broader fan base, French incorporated interviews with major artists, as well as some up and comers. What started out as simply a medium for developing an audience quickly grew into one of the top-selling “street DVDs”.
The international success of the DVD series helped to propel French’s rap career to an entirely new level. By creating and producing Cocaine City, French Montana evolved from an aspiring rapper in the streets of the Bronx, to the newest musician to sign with platinum-selling recording artist Akon’s record label, Konvict Music. By early 2009, French had flooded the streets with various mixtapes, including “Live from Africa”, “Laundry Man” with Evil Empire, and “In Demand” with DJ Lazy K. His frequent collaborations with Harlem-bred rapper Max B have also helped keep a steady buzz, and helped fuel the success of the duo’s latest project, the mixtape/DVD combo “Coke Wave.”
In 2009, French Montana signed a deal with Akon’s Konvict Muzik record label, but left the label in 2011 due to album delays. French Montana is now signed to Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Bad Boy Records since May 2011.

Grand Theft Auto must cease sales and online play within 14 days – No More GTA 5 already?!?
Fomer Death Row rapper Daz Dillinger is putting a kink in the heightened success of “Grand Theft Auto V,” after he filed a cease and desist letter to the makers over alleged stolen beats. His tracks “C-Walk” and “Nothin’ But the Cavi Hit” were featured in the game after Daz declined the supposed $4,271 fee offered for both songs.
The West Coast rapper is now demanding that the makers shell out a bigger paycheck, or he’s demanding that all remaining unsold copies of the game be recalled and destroyed. Daz and his lawyer have given Take-Two Interactive Software and Rockstar Games 14 days to comply.
The latest installment of the highly successful video game franchise made a whopping $800 million in the first 24 hours of its release, and has now earned over $1 billion in sales.

Young Jeezy & Rick Ross PISSED With Def Jam?!
EXCLUSIVE:
Now what and the world could have MMG's Captain Rick Ross and our
favorite "Snow Man" Young Jeezy in a triangle of drama right now! Word
is that Def Jam has decided to not only push back Young Jeezy album
because they had planned to drop Rick Ross new album Dec 17th 2013! If
you don't know every year labels put out albums through out the year but
every December they always put out their MAJOR artist whom they think
will sell the most albums. Of course its the end of the year so the
purpose is to make up for losses occurred earlier in the year and to
start the new year strong. Well Rick Ross has been promoting a Dec 17th
release date for a while now annnnnd that's no longer happening! Word is
Ross went to the label and said the album isnt ready so its not gonna
happen. Young Jeezy must have been informed today (24 yours later) and
of course he's pissed because instead of pushing his album to next year,
instead of them sitting on Young Jeezy's album for months in
anticipation of Ross's album, they could drop Jeezys album in December!!
Of course Rick has never been one to go on social networks to blast his
business. But Jeezy on the other... Not only is he pissed but is Jeezy
threatening to leak his own album if Def Jam doesn't agree to release
it??? Don't believe me? Check it all out below! Oh and side note, cant
wait to see what happens after this. You know when your a major player
like Ross and Jeezy, don't expect them to play to many games when it
comes to their music! Can we just release the music already!!!
